The Town Center’s compact development will accommodate population growth responsibly and sustainably, minimize impacts on existing neighborhoods, and increase transit and other mobility options that are better for the environment.

  • TRULY GOLDEN YEARS AT THE TOWN CENTER

Merrill Gardens at Sammamish Town Center plan will offer private apartments with independent living, assisted living and memory care. Family owned Merrill Gardens is one of the most respected senior living providers in the country.

  • TOWN CENTER AMENITIES - SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Sammamish Town Center will be a place for people to live, work, play and gather to meet friends, loved ones, colleagues and neighbors.

  • TOWN CENTER: AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSET

The mix of housing choices, open spaces, and proximity to services and transportation options including transit, walking and biking will mean residents and visitors will be less reliant on cars, which will mean better air quality and less carbon pollution.
